Our services in this sector currently provide installations for both national and regional developers in the midlands area. Generally within a 40 mile radius from our base in Hinckley, Leicestershire, we work or have worked in the counties of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, East Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Within this sector we provide the complete above ground solution or any part thereof for drainage , rainwaters , sanitary fittings and heating installations.
Domestic Plumbing
Our service in this sector would include General Plumbing such as repairing and/or replacing leaking pipework, repairing or replacing leaking toilets or cisterns , repairing running overflows and repairing or replacing dripping taps. We would also off full or partial shower and or bathroom installations including relocation of existing fittings , replacing sink tops , taps and waste pipework and providing or replacing existing pipework for washing machines and dishwashers.

Domestic Heating + Hot Water
Our service in the sector would offer the replacement of or provision of new hot water cylinders , immersion heaters , additional or replacement radiators or heated towel rails and the moving and relocation of existing radiators or heated towel rails.

Domestic Boilers, Heating and Servicing
Our service in this sector would offer gas/LPG boiler breakdown + repairs, annual servicing and the provision of landlord gas safety certificates. We would also offer the provision of a new or replacement gas/LPG boilers , unvented hot water cylinders and full heating systems both above and underfloor.
We would also offer to undertake the power flushing of an existing heating system depending on age.
